The data ETL, clean up, preparation, feature curations and transformation were done in Python. The model was developed using an open-source tool called Auto Gluon. The model is deployed in SAM (GCO AML Operations system) with the help from Technology using the Pickle scoring code generated from Auto Gluon and will be scored daily in Production. The model prediction score is used to rank AML alerts and classify them into four Risk Tiers (High, Medium, Low, and Very Low) for alert review triage and prioritization to enhance AML operations efficiency.\n\nThe AML Analyst team reviews hundreds of alerts per month, and most of these alerts are false positives.
